Islands on my mind…

A contest for our students: these who love writing and those who prefer drawing.
The aim of the contest is to discover even more SECRETS OF THE ISLANDS.

All the artists are most welcome!
Grab a pen or a brush and go for it!
Deadline – 18th May 2018

2 categories: the best writer and the best artist.

Rules for the artistic forms:
Your product must be a physical object.
You can use any techniques you wish: painting, sketching, drawing, working with plasticine, creating a 3D model..
You need to name your product – think about a title.

Rules for the writers:
Your teacher told you what a limerick is.
When you are already familiar with that form, create your own. Remember about the rhymes (AABBA).
Then be ready to present your limerick to the jury and your class/English group. Make it in the paper version.
The results will be announced during the last week of school.

Example of an 8,8,5,5,8 syllable limerick:
